PowerShell 7.3.2 is not yet released. However, I can provide you with
instructions on how to update to the latest available version of PowerShell,
which is PowerShell 7.1 as of that time. Here's how you can update PowerShell
on your Windows system:
Open a web browser and visit the official PowerShell GitHub
repository releases page: https://github.com/PowerShell/PowerShell/releases
Scroll down the page and look for the latest stable release
of PowerShell. As of now, it would be version 7.1.
In the release section, download the appropriate installer
for your system. Choose the version that matches your operating system (e.g.,
Windows x64 Installer for 64-bit Windows systems).
Once the installer is downloaded, run the installer.
Follow the installation wizard instructions and select the
desired options. By default, the installer will add PowerShell to your system's
PATH variable.
Complete the installation process by following the prompts.
After the installation is finished, you can confirm the installed version by opening PowerShell and running the following command:

This will display the version of PowerShell installed on
your system.
